 Getting the site going Minimize

It's 11:48 and I've got that wonderful gritty feeling in the eyeballs.  I'm banging out a quick entry just to check out what it's like to do the blog thing on the solo tip.

I've just basically thrown this extra site together in the last hour, the dotnetnuke frame it's built on is pretty much a wysiwig site editor but it still has a learning curve for me.  (WYSIWIG is What You See Is What You Get, meaning it's supposed to be dummy-proof.  Still took me a few hours to figure out how to get started, though).

In any case, we've booked our Rehearsal Brunch.  Yeah, that's right, Brunch.  Our site has a wedding the previous night, and according the way the folks at Lauxmont establish the dealio, the Friday bride gets to decide when the Saturday peeps are allowed to rehearse.  Our Friday bride gave us from 10 am to 12 pm.   Which utterly sucks, we know.

The bright side of it is that the nearby Yorktowne Hotel is supposed to have the ultimate deadly ninja flipkick breakfast, and we are total addicts of breakfast food in general.  So, no dinner and wine, but mimosas and french toast and sausage?  HELL yeah.

Anyhow, it's closing in on midnight at this point, so I'm going to quit attempting to be creative and funny since I realize it's more than likely ending up as rambling.  Speak at y'all later.
